[FORM A 34.]
5-02/09
Treasury Department,
SECOND AUDITOR'S OFFICE
Sir:
The application for
Thomas Hughes.
in the case of
W.H. house art Hy,
having been examined, appears to be correct in form.
It will be taken up for settlement when reached in
its turn.
All applications, after examination, are filed
for settlement and disposed of in their regular order,
without unnecessary delay; and as the answering of
letters of inquiry concerning them would not benefit
Claimants, but occupy much time which would otherwise
be devoted to the settlement of Claims, this Circular, in
each case, must be considered as terminating all correspond=
ence regarding it until final adjustment.
Respectfully,
E.B. Ruch
Auditor.
