War Department, Adjutant General's Office, Washington, D.C. November 16 1875 Major a.K. arnoca, 6th Carry, Disbursing officer, New Doleans, La. Major: I have to enclose herewith, for delivery to the soldier on proper identifications, the discharge. certificate of Peter Williams, late Pot. Co I. 76th U.S.C. the dame having been transferred to this office by the Cate Focedmens Bureau to which it was senh by the Second auditor of the Freasury on rejection by that officer of the soldier's claims for bounty. In a Celter to this office of the 12th inst. the address of the soldeer is given as "dafayetts St. between Franklin
