respectively; that he is the identical William Nera
that he represents himself to be vir William Nero brothw.,Philit Carter
affiants Knowledge is derived from having known said Carter and Nero
"before the war" from having seen Carter while he was in the army
who enlisted in the military service of the United States and served in
Company a, 93 Regiment usc
and that we are not, jointly or severally, directly or indirectly. intercsted in
any claim which the said William nero
has or may have

to the number of the ugainst other than that it was comm anded by "Coloud
