I have this day deposited with the Treasurer of the United States $- 2319 36/100 to be placed to your credit with the Assistant Treasurer W.S.a at New Orleand, In to pay bounty, Jc., to Fifteen claimants, as per list herewith. Please sign the inclosed receipt (in duplicate) and return to me at your earliest convenience. I am, Major very respectfully, Your obedient servant, Captain 3d U.S. Art'y, Chief Disbursing Officer.
