Third. It is hereby mutually provided that
no member of bongress shall be admitted to any
share herein; or any benefit to arise herefrow.
Fourth. It is hereby expressly understood that
the binding obligation of this Lease, as against the
Lessee, depends upon the loyalty of the Lessor, to
the Government of the United States.
In witness whereof, the parties hereto, have
hereunto, set their hands and seals this Seventh day of
November A.D. Eighteen hundred and seventy two.
