We, James Wiley
and hort wiffins , of bicksburg
parish or county of Warren and State of Mississippi
do solemnly swear that we are neighbors of Hamilton Davis
and have been well acquainted with him for 10 years and 9 years
respectively; that he is the identical person
that he represents himself to be
who enlisted in the military service of the United States and served in
Company G, , 40 Regiment USC7
and that we are not, jointly or severally, directly or indirectly, interested in
any claim which the said Hamilton Davis has or may have
against the United States.
