We, Henry Diggs parish or county of Warren and State of Mississippi and Bristow Couner , of bicketburg do solemnly swear that we are neighbors of Fired x & you're Alexander and have been well acquainted with ^ for 40 years and 30 years respectively; that they are N, the identical persons that they represents themselvesto be and are the parents of Frederick alexander decd who enlisted in the military service of the ibnited States and served in Company a 5 Regiment us Heavy arty, Colored, and that we are not, jointly or severally, directly or indirectly, interested in any claim which the said Freely Suplice alexanderhanor may have the Service about our year before Their his death against the United States. Saice decd. was in Henry X Diffs Bristow XCouner Lucks Sworn to and subscribed before me this 180 day of July , 187 and I hereby certify that the contents of the foregoing affidavit were carefully believe read by me to the affiants before subscribing their names thereto, and I know the affiants to be credible persons.
