do solemnly swear that we are neighbors of for clear briffin
and have been well acquainted with him for 10 years and 10 years
respectively; that he is the identical Person
that he represents himsey to be The Some who Enhiber
have and was Dischoya as
from Griffin the Same
who enlisted in the military service of the United States and served in
Company N. 63 Regiment W.S. C. Twops
and that we are not, jointly or severally, directly or indirectly, interested in
any claim which the said Jorelen Griffin has or may have
against the United States.
