and have been well acquainted with him for 12 years and 10 years
respectively; that he is the identical person
that he represents himself to be
who enlisted in the military service of the United States and served in
Company H, 63 Regiment we
and that we are not, jointly or severally, directly or indirectly, interested in
any claim which the said George Good has or may have
against the United States.
