& we are helarges to Same Regimet &
who enlisted in the military service of the United States and served in
Company K, 52 Regiment We Colorid Trops
and that we are not, jointly or severally, directly or indirectly, interested in
any
claim which the said Paggo Jones has or may have
against the United States.
