We, you Stranghter and Henry Davenport of bricking parish or county of Warren and State of missinippi do solemnly swear that we are neighbors of Jacob Moseley and have been well acquainted with him for 20 years and 10 years respectively; that he is the identical person that m represents himself to be & is the brother of Renben moseley dicd who enlisted in the military service of the United States and served in Company 9 , 50 Regiment usey and that we are not, jointly or severally, directly or indirectly, interested in any claim which the said Jacob mosely has or may have against the United States. their Joe 13tray has Hurry hearty Devenport Sworn to and subscribed before me this 24" day of June , 1873, 187 and I hereby certify that the contents of the foregoing affidavit were carefully believe read by me to the affiants before subscribing their names thereto, and I know the affiants to be credible persons.
