do solemnly swear that we are neighbors of
respectively; that m is the identical person
that he represents himself to be
who enlisted in the military service of the ibnited States and served in
Company C, 49 Regiment nsc7
and that we are not, jointly or severally, directly or indirectly, interested in
any claim which the said James Perry has or may have
against the United States.
