And Wherise thas the haid Daniel Clark shail have and enjoy of the profile which shall arise from the said hade one half, a equal moinly of the whole a bear in like proportion any lop that may be sustaine by the parties in the course of then said connexion. further is is aquid by the contracting parties that this connection shall take place On the first Day of Duemin next, and continue untill depolied by mutual consent, of the said parties, a by prohibition of this Government Provided always that no Tobacco which shall be sent down by Sames Wilkinson Es, antice dens to the fires Day of December next, shall be considered in any wise a properly falling within the present con nexion And Whereas Daniel Clarh is now purating to make a shepment of Merchandise to the aforesaid Falls of Ohio Be it known that the Michandise " for account and reque of the aforesaid Sames Milkenson Psace. B:Dunn & Daniel Clark in the proportions apousaid Lastly be it umemberd that the said James Wilkinson and assage B. Dunn shall not change Commissions you What they by or sell at any part of the Sellements of Kintucky a on the waters of the Ohio for account of the fruities in this concern en Nov shall the said Daniel Clarh charge any Commission for all a any business he shall trans act as New Orleans for Account of said concern.
