General exembly of this State created Knoxville East
and endowed it with one morety of
Jennifer College in the vicinity of the
funds to be derived from the Ranaes aforesaid

with money some other funds which this bollye
already hopeful would be sufficient to to place be
the Institution in such a situation as
immediately unful if its buildings were
completed and it hopeford the necepary
apparatus Library she but of there it is
distitute To increase the funds of this liminary I

the general assembly at their last cupion which we
were appointed the Trustees - We have devised
a Scheme of the first blep and ave endersouring
to dis hose of the Tickets We believe we should
