Know all men by These presents, that wheres of Faeseebe q Brown, formerly Bennity nowthe wife of William Brown of Harford County in the state of Maryland being the solecHeers at Law of a certain Victor Bennet Pate a sergeant in the United states Anny. Now know ye. that we Namela Brown sister and Heir of the said Vietor Bennel and William Brown Housband of the said Pamela. have nude, constituted and up/reinted, and by by These presents do make, constitute and appoint John Robb of the City of Washington our True and Lawfull Attorney, for me and in my nuilie to Administor on the Estule of Victor Bermet my deceased Brother, and for us and in our names and for our/190 =/1er use and benefit, to ask, demand, recover and receive of and from the limited states, allsum or sums of money, debts and demand whatsower, Either averages o/1say or Bounty lands, which are now due and bring To the said Victor deceased by and from The said United States, and to have use and take, all lawfull ways and means in my name or otherwise, and To com/round and agreefor the bume, and acquitances, or offier sufficient discharges for the Savile for us and in liur name to make, and to do upp other lawfull arts and things whatsoever concerning the premises, usfully, and in every Kes/ierl, we might or could do were we personally presentable the doing there of, and Attorneys, one or more under him for the part looses uforesaid to make, and again at/preasure to revoke, ratifying and Confirming, and by these presents allowing, whatsower Oursaid Atterney shall in our manied lawfully do, or cause to be done in and about the premises, by Virtue of there presents.
