Source Description

George C. Warr, secretary of the Cobden Club, writes to William Lloyd Garrison inviting him to the Cobden Club dinner in London on July 17th. He adds that a "special Steam Boat" will pick up members by the House of Commons stairs to bring them to the dinner and return them back there afterwards.
