Oliver Johnson informs William Lloyd Garrison that the situation concerning the scheduling of speakers for the November 28 (1854) anti-slavery meeting remains unresolved, as Henry Ward Beecher has informed him that he will be unable to attend. Johnson states that he will inform Garrison immediately should he be needed to speak on this date.
