Letter from Parker Pillsbury, Concord, N.H., to Samuel May, July 12, 1859

Pillsbury resents Harriet Martineau's criticism and complains of May's attitude toward him. Pillsbury says that May should be able to appreciate that Pillsbury's "temporary resignation [as agent of the American Anti-Slavery Society] is now made a final one."
