Letter from Francis Jackson Garrison, Boston, to Samuel May, February 8, 1884
Garrison says that Mrs. Wendell Phillips was not at the funeral of her husband. He thanks May for his part in the funeral and says Wendell Phillips Garrison wrote the editorial in the "Post" and Thomas Wentworth Higginson wrote the obituary.
