My dear Miss Burd:
On July 16, you wrote us that Miss ollen Buell
who had passed the maximum age for enrollment was willing to
accept nome Pefense inrollment. We returned the papers to you
on July first. it was not necessary to ask Miss Buell to fill
in any other paper, the application for general enrollment is
also acceptable for nome Defense in the futre we
only intend to use one application form.
All it is necessary for you to do is to write
tione Defense at the top of the sheet and return the
papers to us for further consideration. Thanking you for your
cooperation,
