for this meney, accerding to law it places you in a very serious pesition, also.
I shall appreciate any help you may give us in helping to clear this situation,
The Nurses Asseciation can not permit a thing of this kind to go unnoticed. Had
Miss Harrel net been placed at Headquarters Office this matter would have never
come to light. The hinking nurses of the State do not feel that Miss Harrel
should have been reward ed with a salary of $100.00 per mont h, as you know
Mrs. Osborne's salary was only $87.50 when she worked at the headquarters.
I feel that a great injustice has been done me and the entire Fifth District by
not revealing these transactions when I wont into office. Therefore, let me know
if you granted your permission to Miss Harrel to berrow any of this money. If the
efficers aut herized these leans, each one of them are responsible for the less
sustained by the asseciation and can be sued by t he members for recovery.
