My dear Miss Minnigerode:
The Graduate Nurses' Association of the District of Columbia
has just advised us of your willingness to continue service as Chairman of
our District of Columbia Committee on Red Cross Nursing Service and recom-
mends your reappointment. We are very glad to know that you are available
for this service and take pleasure in hereby reappointing you Chairman of
the District of Columbia Committee on Red Cross Nursing Service for the
coming year. This appointment is made in accordance with our rules govern-
ing Local Committees on Red Cross Nursing Service as set forth on pages 6 to 9
of the enclosed pamphlet, A.R.C. 710. This pamphlet also gives the plan of
organization of all committees on Red Cross Nursing Service and the responsi-
bilities of committees and committee members.
For your information, may we state that the other nurses being
appointed on your Committee today are as follows:
