My dear Miss Minnegerode:
The attached is a copy of a letter received
from Mrs. Margaret Phillips. I am referring this to you inasmuch as I
am not in a position to give her the information that she desires.
I have referred the matter of Miss Carter
to Miss Noyes, and she has requested that I white to her, which I am do-
ing today.
