My dear Doctor Blue:
In acknowledgement of your letter of
March 14th, Innote you have appointed Miss Lucy Minnigerode
Superintendent of the Nursing Corps of the Public Health Ser-
vice at a salary of $2400.00 per annum with transportation
and subsistence when travelling.
Inasmuch as this appointment has been
made and the salary is in accordance with my suggestions,
further assistance on the part of this Department will not be
required.
