Staff Nurse Replacements for Seared Hearts Hospital Miss Eileen King - August 29, 1943 Miss Lillian Evelyn Lang - September 15, 1943 Miss Marianne Frances LaVenture - September 15, 1943 Staff Nurses for the T. B. Unit in confunction with the Wahiawa Emergency Hospital Miss Julia Helen Cushwa - September 15, 1943 Miss Audrey Marie Tate - September 15, 1943 Miss Zoe Iungerich - September 15, 1943 Two Anesthetists to be placed where needed Miss Ethelyn Jane McFarland - September 15, 1943 Mrs. Mary Young Calden - September 1, 1943 We are uncertain about Miss McFarland's arrival in San Francisco as her departure has been delayed because of illness in the family. Miss Long and Miss LaVenture are friends and would like to be assigned together. Miss Cushwo and Misa Tate are friends also and would like to be placed together. They would appreciate it and so would I if they could be assigned together. Enclosed please find copies of experience records and physicals for those nurses; also a copy of a letter to Misa Radenacher which is self-explanatory.
