My dear Mrs. Garner:
We are surprised upon referring to your records
as a Red Cross nurse to find that we have not heard from
you since 1932 when you filled in your last annual address
questionnaire form in order to bring your records up to date.
We are, therefore, immediately writing you hoping that this
letter sent to the address given us in 1932 will reach you
safely and that you will immediately fill in and return the
enclosed form for our files. As you know, we are always anxious
to number you among our Red Cross nurses in good standing and
we will look forward to hearing from you promptly.
With best wishes, believe me
Sincerely yours,
Director of Nursing
