THE WHITE HOUSE WASHINGTON June 20, 1946 by Dear Mrs. Roosevelt: I appreciated very much your letter of the sixteenth in regard to the Displaced Persons situation. We are working on that program as hard as we can - it is a difficult one to solve. I was very happy and pleased at your thoughtfulness in sending me the Digest of the Report of the Survey Committee. It is most interesting. Sincerely yours, Mrs. Franklin D. Roosevelt Hyde Park Dutchess County New York
