NOTICE TO THE PRESS
The President has signed H.R. 7682 -- Conferring posthumous
U.S. citizenship upon Lance Corporal Federico Silva -- which
confers United States citizenship posthumously upon a native of
Mexico and lawful permenent resident of the U.S. who was
killed while serving with the U.S. Marine Corps in Vietnam.
