A biographical sketch is attached. The President today accepted the resignation of John T. Connor as a member of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Avenue Development Corporation, effective today. Mr. Connor was appointed April 17, 1973 for a term expiring October 26, 1976. # # # J.
