THE WHITE HOUSE
TO THE CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES:
I am pleased to transmit herewith to the Congress
the annual report of the Secretary of the Interior on
the Administration of the Federal Coal Mine Health and
Safety Act.
This report for the calendar year 1973 is submitted
to the Congress in accordance with the requirements of
Public Law 91-173, the Federal Coal Mine Health and
Safety Act of 1969.
