NOTICE TO THE PRESS
STATEMENT BY JOHN W. HUSHEN
As a result of the President's attention being focused on matters
relating to a pardon for former President Nixon, he has not been able
to resolve all of the complex questions involved in the conditional
amnesty program. Therefore, the program will not be announced
tomorrow.
As of now, we do not have a specific date for the announcement.
