Revell, of Louisville, Kentucky to be a United States District Judge for the Western District of Kentucky. He will succeed James F. Gordon who retired effective January 1, 1976. Since December 1975, Mr. Revell has been Judge of the Chancery Branch, Fourth Division, of the Jefferson Circuit Court in Louisville, Kentucky. A biographical sketch is attached. # # # RICHARD A.
