NOTICE TO THE PRESS
The President today announced the appointment of two persons as
members of the National Historical Publications and Records
Commission for the following terms:
David Hicks, of New York, Assistant to the President and
Lecturer in the Humanities, Briarcliff College, Briarcliff
Manor for a term expiring December 26, 1977.
George C. Wortley III, of New York, Vice President, Manlius
Publishing Corporation and Publisher of the Eagle Bulletin,
Suburban Life and Cazenovia Republican, Fayetteville, New York,
for a term expiring December 26, 1979.
