investigation of the case need hardly proceed further, since Per-
rault has violated your rule and has undoubtedly committed an act
in violation of good discipline. As I say, I have gone over the
testimony with some care, and the result would seem to require at
least two di smi ssals and three or four criminal prosecutions; but
unless it seems to you that I am wrong in the foregoing conclusions,
it will hardly be necessary to trouble you with the details of this
investigation.
