My dear Mr. Secretary:
By direction of the President I send you the en-
closed letter and accompanying papers from Senator
Fulton relative to the removal of the land office from
Oregon City, Oregon. The President desires to be in-
formed if there is objection to annulling the order re-
moving the office to Portland. Please report to him
concerning the matter.
