Count Sforza wanted to state that the release of the draft Japanese Peace Treaty had increased the need for a revision of the Italian Peace Treaty and this was in addition, of course, to the other reasons previously presented which also indicated the desirability of the revision of the treaty. Mr. Luciolli stated that he wished to make a statement to the press upon his departure giving the purpose of his call.
