MEMORANDUM OF CONVERSATION WITH THE PRESIDENT
The President expressed himself as highly pleased
with the Ottawa meeting. He said most cordially that he
thought the whole understanding in the country of our
foreign policy was making great headway. He was very
pleased with recent developments.
