The answers to the fundamental problems of this hour of
history must be sought, not in the brilliant technological achieve-
ments of modern man, but rather in the quiet arena of man's relation
to man. In the final analysis, these problems of human relations are
essentially spiritual problems. Religious education which can enlighten
and sensitise the conscience is therefore more needed than ever before.
