1. The following correction is made in G-3 Memorandum
No. 32, , these Headquarters, dated 8th January 1919:
"A Division prize for the organization having the
highest score in each organization" should read;
"A Division prize for the organization having the
highest percentage".
2. RADIO SERVICE.
I. Rodio service has been established connecting al
units within the Socond Army with the Headquarters of the Second
Army, and Hendcuarters Second Army with all stations in the Rear
System of the American Armies in France:
II. The Radio Office is in a position to handle official
communi.cations at all hours, either within the hrmy or from the
Army to the reard
III. A telephone has been installed, No. 119, in the Radio
station located at Radio Office, Toul, and all communications
which itis desired to send by radio may be phoned to this
number. It is suggested that in the event of message being
phoned for urgent transmission, they be followed immediately by
written confirmation.
IV. Messages received at this station destined for O ffices
of the Second Army Headquarters can be phoned to the parties
concerned and will immediately thereafter be confirmed in writing.
