1. The following telephone message received at 6:10 P.M.
January 10th, 1919 , is published for the information and guidanco
of all concerned;
"Headquarters IX Corps
American Expeditionary For ces
January 10th, 1919.
Commanding General and
any officers of the
35th Division.
Services in memory of ex-President Theodore Roosevelt
will be hold in the Y.M.C.A. at St. Mihicl at 7:30 P.M., on
Sunday night. An address will be made by Captain Dobie, formerly
my aide, and I will be very pleased to have any officers who may
be able to como present. I consider that the character of the
memorial service will be such that they will be woll repaid for
their attondance.

2. RADIO SERVICE.
The Army and Corps Radio Nets having been established at
St. Mihiel, the Signal Corps is prepared to handle radio commune
ications to and from the following organizations;
Second Army,
6th Army Corps,
35th Division,
79th Division,
88th Division.
Messages for transmittal to be handled via the Message
Center,

3. CARELESS AND FAST DRIVING OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
During the past three days three French women have been
injured by either car eless or fast motor drivers.
Attention of all is called to General Orders #43 and #80
Headquarters American Expeditionary Forces, sories of 1918, and
General Orders #18, Headquarters second Army - also Administrative
Bulletin #14, (paragraph #2), series of 1918, these Headquarters
A strict compliance with the provisions of these General orders
and Bulletin,will reduce accidents to a minimum. All Commanding
Officers will familiarize members f their command driving motor
tronsportation with the provisions of the above orders and bullet:
