MEMORANDUM:
Each Battalion and organization will submi t by 3:00
P.M. today a report, either written or telephonio, of the exact
amount of lumber and nails required to build feed troughs
sufficient for every animal in their organization. This report
to be made to Lieut. Dyer, Supply co., the Regiment.
