Remarks
The Pistol Instruction Course will be contimied until finished. Report
will be made upon completion of the Instruction course and the record
course will be taken up.
The Lieutenant in charge of Dept. B under the personal direction of the
care of animals He will be present at all horse formations and stables.
Battery Comdr. will exercise the greatest oare in stable management and
Horses returning from work will be taken care of regardless of the hour.
Bn. Comdrs. will take their battalions mount ed for a road march once
during the week consuming the entire day. Rolling Kitchens will be taken
and dinner opared on the road. Especial attention will be paid to draft,
and occupation of position will be assumed by Bn. Condr. and worked out by
adjustment pr of harness, etc. During the maning period, problems of selection
Btry Officer e with the actual occupation of the positions.
Daily inspection of kitchens, latrines and sleeping quarters by a Medical
Billets will be inspected by an officer daily.
Officer. Instructions issued in regard to discipline, neatness and cleanliness
will be strictly complied with.
All offioers will use every effort to instruct their personnel and cor -
rect feults on the spot.
