Commandings officers of all stations will prior to departure of detachments oe organizations for Ports of Embarkation, require an inspection to be made with a view of eliminating unauthorized Government property and excess personal property from the baggage or freight of the members of the detachment or organization and cause certificate of such inspection to be presente d to the Commanding Offioer of the detachment or organization for the latter to present on arrival at Port of Embarkation.
