The Adjutent Genoral, O.H.G. Jamery 22, 1919
second Lieutenant Jense M. Dowell, 129th Fiela Artillery,
will proceed to Montes-sur-seine, reporting upon arrival
to Brigadior Ceneral Charles H. MoKinstry, U.S.Amy, for
temporary duty with the American peace Commission, and
upon completion of this duty he will return to proper
station.
The travel directed is necessary in the military
service.
