Battalion Commanders will appoint an officer as Acting Town Major for endh of the towns that thoir organizations occupy. Aoting Town Majors will find instructions relative to thei r duties in the following General Orders: G.O. 46, 1917, and G.O. 13, 18. 31, 43, 48, 50,55, 60, 78 and ao, 1918 Isee that the following provisions of G.0.18 have been suporceded or annulled: pars. 37, 39,51, and 53, and appendices A, B and C) See G.0.34, Hqrs. 8.0.8.1918 and G.0.N0.50,G.H.Q.A.F.F. Sec.4,1918. Acting Town Majors will kopp an acgurate and daily check of all billets, stibles, offiger's men's, offices and other placea occupied in their town. Billeting Distributing Lists billeting certificates will be promptly propared at the end of BEC h calender month, or prioér to departure in case of a shorter start.
