1.
The Division will start its move to the LE MANS Area on or
abou t March 6, 1919,
2.
All organi zations will move by rail except the 110th supply
Train, which will move by road.
3. (a) The rail movement will be carried out in accordance
with entraining table to be issued at a later date.
(b) ENTRAINING POINTS: NANCOIS-TRONVILLE, SAMPIGNY and
LEROUVIELE.
( c) Probable duration of j ourney - 50 hours.
(d) The 69th Infantry Brigade Commander will designate an
officer of field rank to be in charge of entraining at

SAMPIGNY, one also one at LEROUVIALE,

Officers so detailed will repor to G-l, these head-
quarters, at 10:00 A.Mo, March 5, 1919, for instructions.
4. (a) All orgenizational property as heretofore ordered, will
be turned in prior to departure of units.
5. TRAINS:
( e) SIZE: Each train will consist of 46 Fronch box cars
and two coaches or its equivalent in American equipment,
(b) SCHEDULE: Running schedule of the train on D.G To Form
will be made out by the RoT,O. for each train.
( c) EQUIPMENT: Excelsior for use of troops while enroute
will be issued bv the Division Quartermaster to the Train Quarter-
master at the same time rations are drawn at the entraining point.
6. ENTRAINING OFFICERS:
The Officer in Charge of Entraining as designated in Par. 3
sub-parggraph (d), will be responsible for the entraining of all
troops and the loading of all baggage and supplies Et the Entraining
Point at which assigned. He will cause D.G. To Form 54, "Schedule of
Troop Movement". to be filled out by the R.T.O. and it, will be handed
with the Orde de Transport to the Train Commender for his information
and guidance. Upon the departure of each train the Officer in Charge
of Entreining will send a telegram to each of the following:
Commanding General, S.O.S.
G-4, Troop Movement Bureau, TOURS.
Capt. Wow. Sweet, c/o American Zone Mojor, Mont Fort (sarthe)
Commanding General, LE MANS Area
Capt. Stoneman, G-4, Troop Movement Bureau, G.H.D.
giving organizations aboard each train; number of officers and men;
tine of departure of train; probable hour of arrival at ST. FLORENTIN.
The Officer in Charge of Entraining will be responsible for all
arrengements made with the R.T.O. From the data supplied by the
senior line officer in command of troops, he will have the Ordar de
Transport compiled.
Trains will be loade to full capacity The Officer in Charge
of Entraining will determine whether or not a train is fully Joaded.
When a train is spotted that will carry more troops than the entrain-
ing schedule provides for, the Officer in Charge of Entraining will
immediately notify Gol and G-3, these Headquarters, in order that
additional troops may be ordered out. Troops ordered out under the
conditions cited above will cerry with them to the railhead for hims
