2. All mounted officers and mon will-us oithor bridles
equipped with a bit and bridoon, i.e'. with curb and snaffle bit,
or bridle oquipped with sna ffle bit only. The use OI ourb bits
only on bridles is forbiddon.
The bridles as originally issued to the Division were
equipped with a bithrourb and snaffle bits. In case of shortage
of snaffle bits the Ordnance Officer has a supply on hand for
issue.
