Instructions have been issued to the Military Polico and
Carro Guard to place under arrest all men found violating uniform
regulations.
Attention is called to Memorandum #17, April 21, 1918,
Memorandum #36, May 8, 1918, Memorandum 1137, May 9, 1918 and General
Orders 193, May 14, 1918, these Headquarters.
