Par. 1
Report of Signal equipment in the posession of each Battery
will be sent to the 2nd Battalion Telephone Officer on Thursday
of each week.
Par a
Requesition for Material will be sent to the second Battalion
Telephone Officer at least two days before material is needed, if
"NATIONAL
possible.

SERVICE"
Par. 3
Any Battery laying a new line will report same as soon as
established. A plan of the line will be sent to the Second B&ttalion
Telephone Officer by the courier going to Battalion Heasdquarters
that evening.
Par. 4
All Telephone Men will wear their Gas Masks One Hour A Day.
A gas alarm will be established near the Telephone Central.
Par.5
There will be at least One man awake at the switchboard at
al times.
Par. 6
The Battery signal Seargeants are responsible for the lines
coming into the Battery switchboards and will see that they are
properly Policed and Maintained from the Battery to the Center of
the line there will be a list of the code names of the Division and
a plan of the lines of the gector in all Centrals these must be placed
so that they can be plainly seen by the Operators.
