I. At e houra 86 October, 1918, the 129th Field Artiliory
will assume the protective barrage missione det forth in the barrage
table attached to and unde a part of this order.
II The normal protectivo barrage of each battery and bach
aventual barrage whioh is within the supported by the
battory in question, is to be a standing barrage betwoen the points
indicated, which ebsll be Inid upon a rooket signal, telephone or
other arli by the Infantry Rogiment which the battery is supporting.
All evontual barrages, which are fired into subsectors other than the
whoo the battories firing them normally support, will be
fired only on the order of the Commanding General, 35th Division, or
on order from those Headquarters.
III. Except as hereafter desiguated, the rete of fire for all
barrages will be as follows:
INATIONAL
8 rounds per gun per minute for 5 minutes
4 rounds per gun por minute for 5 minutes
3 rounds per gun per mimato for 10 minutes.
Thenevor there shall be successive galls for normal or eventual bar-
reges, and mifficient time shall not havo clapsed betten the complet-
2on of one barrage and the oall. for the next to permit the guns to
cool, the rate of fire for the barrage, or barragos, will
be as follows:
5 rounds per gun per minute for 5 minutes
4 rounds per gun per minute for 5

IV From 8 hours, October 33,1918, the and Battalion,139th .
F.A.,will support the 139th Infantry in subsector VAUX.
V. upon regeipt of this ordor, Liaison Officers
of the 130th Fiold Artillery will comminate the nes barrage lines
to the Infuntry Regimenta to shioh they are attached.
